- Shelley is a city located in Bingham County, in the U.S. state of Idaho. It is part of the Idaho Falls Metropolitan Statistical Area. The city is known for its annual Idaho Annual Spud Day, which is a celebration of the potato, one of Idaho's most famous crops.

- Shelley is located at 43°22′39″N 112°7′22″W. According to the United States Census Bureau, the city has a total area of 1.81 square miles, all of it land.

- As of the census of 2010, there were 4,409 people, 1,474 households, and 1,104 families residing in the city. The population density was 2,435.4 inhabitants per square mile.
