- Sheridan is a city located in Grant County, Arkansas, United States. It is the county seat of Grant County and is situated in the central part of the state. The city is named after General Philip Sheridan, a Union general in the American Civil War.

- Sheridan is located at 34°18′40″N 92°24′2″W. According to the United States Census Bureau, the city has a total area of 6.3 square miles (16 km2), all land.

- As of the census of 2010, there were 4,603 people, 1,841 households, and 1,234 families residing in the city. The population density was 730.2 people per square mile (281.9/km²).
