Plot[edit | edit source]

The episode begins with Cartman discovering a mysterious "sea people" kit, which he believes will allow him to create an underwater civilization. Meanwhile, Butters, in his alter ego as Professor Chaos, attempts to come up with an evil plan to wreak havoc on the town of South Park. However, every idea he proposes has already been done by The Simpsons, much to his frustration.

As Butters continues to struggle with his plans, he becomes increasingly paranoid and obsessed with the idea that The Simpsons have already done everything. This leads to a series of humorous references and parodies of various Simpsons episodes and characters.

It highlights the challenge of coming up with new ideas in a landscape where long-running shows like The Simpsons have already covered a wide range of topics and scenarios. The episode also serves as a meta-commentary on the influence of The Simpsons on South Park itself, acknowledging the debt that many modern animated shows owe to the pioneering series.

Cultural References[edit | edit source]
