Sonora
State in northwestern Mexico
Sonora is a state located in the northwestern region of Mexico. It is bordered by the states of Chihuahua to the east, Sinaloa to the south, and Baja California to the northwest. To the north, it shares an international border with the United States, specifically the state of Arizona.
