Southeast Asia Rural Social Leadership Institute

The Southeast Asia Rural Social Leadership Institute (SEARSOLIN) is an educational institution dedicated to the development of rural social leadership in Southeast Asia. It is located in Cagayan de Oro, Philippines, and is part of the Xavier University – Ateneo de Cagayan.

SEARSOLIN was established in 1964 by the Society of Jesus (Jesuits) to address the need for effective rural leadership in Southeast Asia. The institute was founded with the mission to train leaders who can contribute to the development of rural communities in the region.

SEARSOLIN offers various programs aimed at enhancing the skills and knowledge of rural leaders. These programs include:
