Sprecher Brewery is a renowned brewery located in Glendale, Wisconsin, United States. It was established in 1985 by Randal Sprecher, making it the first craft brewery to be founded in Milwaukee since Prohibition.

Randal Sprecher, the founder of Sprecher Brewery, was a former brewing supervisor at Pabst Brewing Company. He left Pabst in 1985 to establish his own brewery, which he named Sprecher Brewery. The brewery was initially located in Milwaukee, but later moved to its current location in Glendale.

Sprecher Brewery is best known for its craft beers and gourmet sodas. The brewery produces a wide range of beer styles, including lagers, ales, and seasonal specials.
