St. Luke's Hospital, Rathgar is a specialist cancer treatment facility located in Rathgar, a suburb of Dublin, Ireland. It is managed by the St. Luke's Radiation Oncology Network (SLRON), which also oversees radiation oncology services at St. James's Hospital and Beaumont Hospital.

St. Luke's Hospital was established in 1952 as a dedicated radiotherapy treatment center. It was the first hospital of its kind in Ireland and has since grown to become one of the leading cancer treatment facilities in the country.
