St Austell Brewery is a well-known British brewery founded in 1851 by Walter Hicks in St Austell, Cornwall, England. The brewery has been owned and managed by the Hicks family for over 150 years. It is known for producing a wide range of award-winning beers and operates a large number of pubs and hotels across the South West.

Walter Hicks founded the St Austell Brewery in 1851 with an initial investment of £1,500. The brewery has remained in the Hicks family for six generations. Over the years, the brewery has expanded its operations, acquiring numerous pubs and hotels across the South West.
Beers[edit | edit source]
St Austell Brewery produces a variety of ales, lagers, and stouts. Some of their most popular beers include Tribute, Proper Job, and Korev. Tribute is a Cornish pale ale, Proper Job is an IPA, and Korev is a Cornish lager.
Pubs and Hotels[edit | edit source]
St Austell Brewery owns and operates over 170 pubs and hotels across the South West. These establishments offer a range of St Austell beers, as well as food and accommodation.
