St. Louis Park is a city located in Hennepin County, Minnesota, United States. It is a suburb of Minneapolis and is situated just west of the city. St. Louis Park was founded in 1886 and incorporated as a city in the same year. The city was named after the St. Louis River, which flows through the area. Originally a rural farming community, St. Louis Park experienced rapid growth in the early 20th century due to its proximity to Minneapolis.
