Sunny Delight Beverages is a popular brand of fruit-flavored beverages, primarily orange. The company was first established in 1963 and has since become a household name in many parts of the world.

Sunny Delight Beverages was first introduced by Doric Foods in Florida. The brand was later acquired by Procter & Gamble in 1989. In 2004, the company was sold to J.W. Childs Associates, a private equity firm.

Sunny Delight Beverages offers a variety of products, including the original Sunny Delight, as well as other flavors such as Tangy Original, Orange Strawberry, and Orange Pineapple. The company also produces a line of reduced-sugar beverages called SunnyD X.

Despite its popularity, Sunny Delight Beverages has faced several controversies. In 1999, the UK Food Commission criticized the company for misleading advertising, claiming that the beverage was being marketed as a healthy drink when it contained only 5% fruit juice.
