Sylhet MAG Osmani Medical College is a government medical school in Sylhet, Bangladesh. It is named after General M A G Osmani, the Commander-in-Chief of the Bangladesh Liberation War. The college is affiliated with Shahjalal University of Science and Technology under the School of Medical Sciences. It offers a five-year course of study leading to a Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) degree. A one-year internship after graduation is compulsory for all graduates. The degree is recognised by the Bangladesh Medical and Dental Council.

Sylhet MAG Osmani Medical College was established in 1962 as Sylhet Medical College. It was renamed in honor of General M A G Osmani, a national hero of the Bangladesh Liberation War, in 1986. The college started its journey in a portion of Sylhet Civil Hospital and was later shifted to its current location. Over the years, it has expanded its infrastructure and educational facilities to accommodate the growing number of students and healthcare demands in the region.
