Takeshi Kaga

Takeshi Kaga (鹿賀 丈史, Kaga Takeshi, born October 12, 1950) is a Japanese actor and singer best known for his role as the host of the Japanese television show Iron Chef. He was born in Kanazawa, Ishikawa Prefecture, Japan.

Early Life and Career

Kaga began his career in the entertainment industry as a member of the Shiki Theatre Company, one of Japan's leading theatre companies. He gained recognition for his performances in various musicals and stage productions, including roles in Les Misérables, Jesus Christ Superstar, and Phantom of the Opera. Iron Chef
