The Waterside Inn is a renowned three-Michelin-star restaurant located in the picturesque village of Bray, Berkshire, England. It was established in 1972 by the legendary chefs, the Roux brothers, Michel and Albert.

The Michel and Albert Roux brothers opened the Waterside Inn in 1972. Initially, it was a simple restaurant, but it quickly gained popularity due to the exceptional culinary skills of the Roux brothers. In 1985, it was awarded its third Michelin star, which it has retained ever since, making it the first restaurant outside of France to hold three stars for such a long period.
