The Week

The Week is a British news magazine which also publishes a US edition, and between 2008 and 2012 additionally published an Australian edition.

The Week was founded in the United Kingdom by Jolyon Connell in 1995. In April 2001, the magazine began publishing an American edition; an Australian edition followed in October 2008. Dennis Publishing publishes the UK and Australian editions, while The Week Publications publishes the US edition.

Format[edit | edit source]

The Week's format is to condense news, business, reviews, and articles into a concise format, usually around 35 pages. The magazine curates articles from a wide variety of other publications, both print and online.

Content[edit | edit source]

The magazine covers news from a variety of topics, including current events, world news, politics, business, science, technology, and arts. It also features editorial content and opinion pieces.

Reception[edit | edit source]

The Week has received positive reviews for its ability to condense news stories from many sources into a compact, reader-friendly format. It has been recognized with several awards for its quality and editorial content.
