UFO Kamen Yakisoban (Japanese: UFO仮面ヤキソバン
) is a Japanese tokusatsu television series produced by Nissin Foods to promote their instant yakisoba product, "UFO Yakisoba." The series aired on TV Tokyo from 1993 to 1994 and consists of 12 episodes, each approximately 15 minutes long.

The series follows the adventures of the titular hero, UFO Kamen Yakisoban, who is a superhero with the mission to protect the world from the evil forces of "Kettler," a villain who seeks to steal the delicious taste of UFO Yakisoba. Yakisoban, with his trusty sidekick "Kappumen," battles various enemies using his unique powers derived from the ingredients of yakisoba.

- UFO Kamen Yakisoban - The main protagonist, portrayed by Kenta Sato. He transforms into a superhero to fight against the forces of evil using his "Yakisoba Beam" and other noodle-themed attacks.
- Kettler - The main antagonist, played by Yoshinori Okamoto. He is obsessed with stealing the flavor of UFO Yakisoba to dominate the world.
- Kappumen - Yakisoban's sidekick, who assists him in his battles against Kettler and his minions.
