Ultimul cartuș is a Romanian action film released in 1973, directed by Sergiu Nicolaescu. The film is a sequel to the 1972 film Cu mâinile curate and continues the story of the main characters, Commissioner Miclovan and Lieutenant Roman.

The title, which translates to "The Last Cartridge," symbolizes the final stand and ultimate sacrifice made by the protagonists in their quest for justice.
