- University, Mississippi is a community located in Lafayette County, Mississippi, in the United States. It is home to the main campus of the University of Mississippi, also known as Ole Miss, which is the largest university in the state. The community is part of the Oxford, Mississippi Micropolitan Statistical Area.

- University, Mississippi is located in the northern part of the state, near the border with Tennessee. It is approximately 85 miles southeast of Memphis, Tennessee.
