University Of New England (United States)
The University of New England (UNE) is a private university located in Maine, United States, with two campuses in Biddeford and Portland, and an additional campus in Tangier, Morocco. Established in 1831 as Westbrook Seminary, UNE has grown into a comprehensive institution offering a wide range of undergraduate, graduate, and professional degrees across various fields, including the health sciences, natural sciences, humanities, and business.

The University of New England was originally founded as Westbrook Seminary and Female Collegiate Institute in 1831.
