• Valbuena 5°: This wine is made primarily from Tempranillo with a small percentage of Merlot and Malbec. It is aged for five years, hence the name "5°".
• Alión: A more modern style wine, Alión is made from 100% Tempranillo and aged for a shorter period compared to Único and Valbuena 5°.

Winemaking
