The Warren Tavern is a historic tavern located in Charlestown, Massachusetts. It is one of the oldest taverns in the United States and has a rich history dating back to the American Revolutionary War.

The Warren Tavern was built in 1780, shortly after the Battle of Bunker Hill. It was named after Dr. Joseph Warren, a major general in the American Revolutionary War who was killed in the battle. The tavern quickly became a popular gathering place for local residents and notable figures of the time, including Paul Revere and George Washington.

The Warren Tavern is a two-story, wooden structure with a gambrel roof. The interior features a large central bar area, several dining rooms, and a number of private meeting rooms. Despite several renovations over the years, the tavern has retained much of its original 18th-century charm.

Today, the Warren Tavern continues to operate as a restaurant and bar. It is a popular tourist destination due to its historical significance and its location in the heart of Charlestown. The tavern offers a menu of traditional American fare, along with a selection of local beers and spirits.
