Wayne County, Utah is a county located in the U.S. state of Utah. As of the 2010 United States Census, the population was 2,778. Its county seat is Loa.

Wayne County is located in the central southern region of Utah. It is bordered by Emery County to the north, San Juan County to the east, Garfield County to the west, and the state of Arizona to the south.
