Whittingham Hospital Railway was a private railway line in Lancashire, England, primarily constructed to serve Whittingham Asylum, later known as Whittingham Hospital. The railway was an essential part of the hospital's operations, facilitating the transport of coal, goods, and occasionally passengers, including staff and visitors, directly to the hospital from the nearby mainline at Grimsargh on the Preston and Longridge Railway.
