U.S. Rep. Will E. Neal

Will E. Neal was an American politician and physician who served as a member of the United States House of Representatives from West Virginia. He was born on October 14, 1875, in Proctor, West Virginia, and died on December 12, 1959.

Neal attended the local schools in Proctor, West Virginia. He later pursued higher education at the University of West Virginia, where he earned his medical degree. After completing his education, Neal began practicing medicine in Huntington, West Virginia.
