William Lawson's

William Lawson's is a brand of Scotch whisky owned by Bacardi. It was originally established and registered in 1849 by William Lawson, a Scotsman who had the idea of creating a whisky with a blend that was both smooth and complex.

William Lawson was born in 1786 in Dundee, Scotland. He was a pioneer in the whisky industry, and his innovative approach to blending different types of whisky resulted in a unique product that quickly gained popularity. The company was initially based in Dundee, but later moved to Liverpool, England, to be closer to the main markets of the time.

In 1923, the company was acquired by Distillers Company, which later became part of Diageo. In 1993, the brand was sold to Bacardi, which continues to produce William Lawson's whisky to this day.

The William Lawson's Super Spiced is a blend of Scotch whisky and natural spices, offering a bold and spicy flavour. The William Lawson's 13-year-old is a premium blend that has been aged for 13 years, resulting in a rich and complex flavour.

William Lawson's is particularly popular in France, Mexico, Russia, and other parts of Eastern Europe. It is also gaining popularity in Africa and Asia. The brand is known for its bold and uncompromising character, which is reflected in its marketing campaigns.
