Wynnum Ambulance Station is a heritage-listed ambulance station located at 35 Tingal Road, Wynnum, Queensland, Australia. It was designed by the Queensland Department of Public Works and built in 1926. The station is significant for its association with the development of the Queensland Ambulance Transport Brigade (QATB) and its role in providing emergency medical services to the Wynnum community.

The Wynnum Ambulance Station was established in response to the growing need for medical services in the Wynnum area during the early 20th century. The station was officially opened on 18 December 1926. The building was designed by the Queensland Department of Public Works and is an example of the interwar period architecture.

The Wynnum Ambulance Station is a single-story building constructed of timber with a corrugated iron roof. The design reflects the typical architectural style of the period, with features such as a gabled roof, wide verandahs, and decorative timber work.
