ATCvet code QI
ATCvet code QI is a section of the Anatomical Therapeutic Chemical Classification System for veterinary medicinal products (ATCvet). This system is used to classify veterinary drugs and other medical products. The QI code specifically pertains to immunologicals for veterinary use.
Classification[edit | edit source]
The ATCvet code QI is divided into several subgroups, each representing a different type of immunological product. These subgroups are:
- QI01 - Immunologicals for bovines
- QI02 - Immunologicals for ovines
- QI03 - Immunologicals for caprines
- QI04 - Immunologicals for porcines
- QI05 - Immunologicals for equines
- QI06 - Immunologicals for avians
- QI07 - Immunologicals for canines
- QI08 - Immunologicals for felines
- QI09 - Immunologicals for lagomorphs
- QI10 - Immunologicals for fish
- QI11 - Immunologicals for other species

Immunologicals are used in veterinary medicine to prevent and treat diseases by stimulating or modulating the immune system of animals. These products include vaccines, antitoxins, and immunoglobulins.
