Aintree University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is a National Health Service (NHS) foundation trust located in Liverpool, United Kingdom. The trust operates Aintree University Hospital, which provides acute health care to the residents of North Merseyside and surrounding areas.

The Aintree University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust was established in 2006, following the merger of the University Hospital Aintree and the Walton Centre for Neurology and Neurosurgery. The trust is named after the Aintree area of Liverpool, which is also home to the famous Aintree Racecourse.
