Amenamevir

Amenamevir (trade name Amenalief) is an antiviral drug used for the treatment of shingles (herpes zoster). It acts as an inhibitor of the zoster virus's helicaseâ€“primase complex. Amenamevir was approved in Japan for the treatment of shingles in 2017.
