Amy Hood (born August 9, 1971) is an American business executive currently serving as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Microsoft Corporation. She is the first woman to hold this position at Microsoft, having been appointed in 2013.

Amy Hood was born in Seattle, Washington. She attended Harvard University, where she earned a bachelor's degree in economics. Following her undergraduate studies, Hood pursued an MBA at the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
