Arroz negro (Mexican cuisine)

Arroz negro, also known as "black rice" in Spanish is a traditional Mexican dish made with black rice, seafood, and various seasonings. The rice is cooked with squid ink, which gives it its distinctive black color, and is often served as a side dish or as part of a seafood platter.
