B Positive is one of the blood types in the ABO blood group system. It is characterized by the presence of B antigen on the surface of the red blood cells and the presence of the Rh antigen (also known as the D antigen) in the blood.

The ABO blood group system is the most important blood type system in human blood transfusion. The system is based on the presence or absence of two antigens, A and B, on the surface of red blood cells. The four main blood types are A, B, AB, and O.
