Basshunter
Basshunter (born Jonas Erik Altberg on 22 December 1984) is a Swedish singer, record producer, and DJ. He is best known for his Eurodance music and has achieved significant success in the electronic dance music (EDM) scene.

Basshunter was born in Halmstad, Sweden. He developed an interest in music at a young age and began producing music using FL Studio (formerly known as FruityLoops). His early work was shared on the internet, where he gained a following.

Basshunter's first album, The Bassmachine, was released in 2004. It was followed by The Old Shit in 2006, which included tracks that he had produced between 2001 and 2003.
Breakthrough[edit | edit source]
Basshunter's breakthrough came with the release of the single "Boten Anna" in 2006. The song became a massive hit in Sweden and across Europe, reaching the top of the charts in several countries. The success of "Boten Anna" led to the release of his second studio album, [[LOL <(^^,)>]], which included other popular tracks such as "Vi sitter i Ventrilo och spelar DotA".

In 2008, Basshunter released the single "Now You're Gone", which was an English version of "Boten Anna". The song topped the charts in the United Kingdom and became a major hit internationally. This success was followed by the release of his third studio album, Now You're Gone – The Album, which included hits like "All I Ever Wanted" and "Angel in the Night".

Basshunter continued to release music and perform internationally. His subsequent albums include Bass Generation (2009) and Calling Time (2013). He has also participated in various television shows and reality TV programs.
