Bethel Heights is a city in Benton County, Arkansas, United States. It is part of the Northwest Arkansas region. The population was 2,372 at the 2020 census.

Bethel Heights was incorporated in 1967. The city has experienced significant growth in recent years, largely due to its proximity to the larger cities of Springdale and Fayetteville.

As of the 2020 census, there were 2,372 people, 800 households, and 600 families residing in the city. The population density was 948.8 people per square mile (366.2/km²). The racial makeup of the city was predominantly White, with a significant Hispanic population.
