Bonchon Chicken is a South Korean-based international fried chicken restaurant franchise. According to the company, Bonchon is a Korean word meaning "my hometown".

The first Bonchon Chicken restaurant was established in Busan, South Korea in 2002 by Jinduk Seh. Since then, the brand has expanded rapidly and now operates more than 300 franchised stores in 22 countries, including the United States, Philippines, Thailand, and Cambodia.
