Bonefish Grill[edit | edit source]
Bonefish Grill is a casual dining seafood restaurant chain that was founded in 2000 by Tim Curci and Chris Parker. It is headquartered in Tampa, Florida, and currently operates over 200 locations across the United States. Bonefish Grill is known for its fresh seafood dishes and hand-crafted cocktails.
History[edit | edit source]
Bonefish Grill was established in 2000 with its first location in St. Petersburg, Florida. The founders, Tim Curci and Chris Parker, aimed to create a restaurant that offered high-quality seafood in a casual and inviting atmosphere. The concept quickly gained popularity, leading to the expansion of the chain to various locations throughout the United States.
In 2001, Bonefish Grill was acquired by Bloomin' Brands, a restaurant company that also owns other popular chains such as Outback Steakhouse, Carrabba's Italian Grill, and Fleming's Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar. This acquisition provided Bonefish Grill with additional resources and support for further growth.
Menu[edit | edit source]
Bonefish Grill specializes in seafood dishes that are prepared using fresh ingredients and innovative flavors. The menu features a variety of fish options, including Atlantic salmon, Chilean sea bass, rainbow trout, and mahi-mahi. Additionally, the restaurant offers a selection of shellfish, such as shrimp, scallops, and mussels.
Apart from seafood, Bonefish Grill also serves non-seafood options like chicken, steak, and pasta dishes to cater to a wider range of preferences. The restaurant is known for its signature Bang Bang Shrimp appetizer, which has become a fan favorite.
To complement the food, Bonefish Grill offers a diverse range of hand-crafted cocktails, including martinis, mojitos, and margaritas. The bar also features an extensive wine list and a variety of craft beers.
Locations[edit | edit source]
Bonefish Grill has expanded its presence to over 200 locations across the United States. The restaurants are typically designed with a modern and upscale ambiance, featuring a combination of booth and table seating arrangements. Some locations also offer outdoor patio seating, providing customers with an enjoyable dining experience.
Awards and Recognition[edit | edit source]
Bonefish Grill has received several accolades and recognition for its quality seafood and dining experience. In 2019, it was named one of the "Top 50 Casual Dining Restaurants" by Restaurant Business Magazine. The restaurant has also been featured in various publications, including Forbes and USA Today.
