Brantley County is a county located in the southeastern part of the U.S. state of Georgia. As of the 2020 census, the population was 18,021. The county seat is Nahunta.

Brantley County was created in 1920 from pieces of Charlton, Pierce, and Wayne counties. It was named after Benjamin D. Brantley, a prominent local businessman and politician.

According to the United States Census Bureau, the county has a total area of 447 square miles (1,160 km²), of which 442 square miles (1,140 km²) is land and 5.0 square miles (13 km²) (1.1%) is water.

As of the 2020 United States census, there were 18,021 people, 6,500 households, and 4,800 families residing in the county. The population density was 41 people per square mile (16/km²).
