Bryan Voltaggio
Bryan Voltaggio (born April 19, 1976) is an American chef, restaurateur, and author. He is best known for his appearances on the television show Top Chef, where he was a finalist in both season 6 and Top Chef: All-Stars L.A.. Voltaggio is the executive chef and owner of several restaurants, including Volt in Frederick, Maryland.

Bryan Voltaggio was born in Frederick, Maryland. He developed an interest in cooking at a young age and pursued his passion by attending the Culinary Institute of America (CIA) in Hyde Park, New York. During his time at the CIA, he honed his skills and developed a deep understanding of culinary arts.

After graduating from the Culinary Institute of America, Voltaggio worked in several prestigious kitchens, including Charlie Palmer's Aureole in New York City. He later returned to his hometown of Frederick, Maryland, to open his own restaurant, Volt, which quickly gained acclaim for its innovative cuisine and commitment to using local ingredients.
