César Rincón (born August 5, 1965) is a retired Colombian bullfighter who is widely regarded as one of the greatest toreros of the late 20th century. He gained international fame for his exceptional skill, bravery, and artistry in the bullring.

César Rincón was born in Bogotá, Colombia, where he developed an early interest in bullfighting. His father, who was also a bullfighting enthusiast, introduced him to the sport. Rincón began his formal training at a young age and quickly showed promise as a talented novillero (novice bullfighter).

Rincón made his debut as a professional bullfighter in 1982. He quickly rose through the ranks, earning a reputation for his technical proficiency and fearless approach. His breakthrough came in 1991 when he achieved the unprecedented feat of winning four consecutive corridas (bullfights) at the prestigious Las Ventas bullring in Madrid, Spain.
