CAB Direct (database)
CAB Direct is a comprehensive source of references in the applied life sciences, incorporating two bibliographic databases: CAB Abstracts and Global Health. It is an essential tool for scientists, researchers, and students in the fields of agriculture, environmental sciences, human health, animal health, and food sciences.

CAB Direct is a database developed and maintained by CABI, an international non-profit organization that provides information and applies scientific expertise to solve problems in agriculture and the environment. The database provides a convenient, single point of access to all of CABI’s key databases. These databases contain around 8.8 million bibliographic records, full-text articles, news items and reports across the applied life sciences.

- Nutrition
- Veterinary medicine
Each record in the database is carefully selected and indexed using CAB Thesaurus, the most detailed and comprehensive life science thesaurus available in the world.
