Calcium morphenate
Calcium morphenate is the calcium salt derivative of morphine. This compound plays a significant role in the pharmaceutical manufacturing process, particularly in the purification and isolation of morphine from mixtures containing various opium alkaloids and other inert materials.

Calcium morphenate's formation is precipitated by adjusting the pH of an aqueous solution of opium alkaloids.
