Carlos Canseco
Carlos Canseco González (March 17, 1921 – January 14, 2009) was a prominent Mexican physician and philanthropist, best known for his significant contributions to the fight against poliomyelitis and his leadership roles within the Rotary International organization. His work played a crucial role in the efforts to eradicate polio in the Americas.

Carlos Canseco was born in Monterrey, Nuevo León, Mexico. From a young age, he showed a keen interest in the medical field, which led him to pursue a career in medicine.
