Changchub Dorje, 12th Karmapa Lama

Changchub Dorje, the 12th Karmapa Lama, was a revered figure in Tibetan Buddhism. He was born in 1703 in Eastern Tibet. Recognized as the Karmapa Lama at a young age, he was known for his spiritual teachings and leadership within the Karma Kagyu school of Tibetan Buddhism.

During his lifetime, Changchub Dorje traveled extensively throughout Tibet, spreading the teachings of the Buddha and guiding his followers on the path to enlightenment. He was a prolific writer and composed numerous texts on Buddhist philosophy, meditation, and ethics.
