Chicken Salad Chick is a fast casual chain of chicken salad restaurants based in the United States. The company was founded by Stacy Brown and her late husband, Kevin Brown, in Auburn, Alabama in 2008.

Stacy Brown started making chicken salad in her kitchen and selling it door to door. After a visit from the health department, she decided to open a restaurant to sell her chicken salad. The first location of Chicken Salad Chick was opened in Auburn, Alabama in 2008. The company started franchising in 2012 and has since grown to over 100 locations across the United States.

The menu at Chicken Salad Chick features a variety of chicken salads, each named after a real person in Stacy's life. The menu also includes pimento cheese, egg salad, and a variety of sides and desserts.
