Chung-Kang Peng is a prominent physicist and biomedical engineer known for his contributions to the field of complex systems and biomedical signal processing. He is particularly recognized for his work on fractal and multifractal analysis of physiological signals.

Chung-Kang Peng was born in Taiwan. He received his B.Sc. degree in Physics from National Taiwan University. He then pursued his Ph.D. in Physics at Boston University, where he worked under the guidance of H. Eugene Stanley.
