Colombo South Teaching Hospital is a government hospital located in Kalubowila, Sri Lanka. It is one of the leading teaching hospitals in the country, affiliated with the Faculty of Medical Sciences, University of Sri Jayewardenepura.

The hospital was established in 1984 with the aim of providing high-quality healthcare services to the people of Colombo and its surrounding areas. It also serves as a training center for medical students from the University of Sri Jayewardenepura.
