The Cronulla-Sutherland Sharks are a professional rugby league club based in Cronulla, New South Wales, Australia. They compete in the National Rugby League (NRL), the premier rugby league competition in Australia. The club was founded in 1967 and has since become a prominent team in the league.

The Cronulla-Sutherland Sharks were established in 1967 and admitted to the New South Wales Rugby League (NSWRL) competition, which later became the NRL. The club's home ground is PointsBet Stadium, located in the suburb of Woolooware.
The Sharks experienced their first major success in 1973 when they reached the Grand Final but were defeated by the Manly-Warringah Sea Eagles. The club's most significant achievement came in 2016 when they won their first NRL Premiership by defeating the Melbourne Storm in the Grand Final.
