Cyprian C. Onyeji
Cyprian C. Onyeji is a renowned Nigerian pharmacist and academician. He served as the Vice-Chancellor of the Enugu State University of Science and Technology (ESUT) from 2005 to 2014.
Early Life and Education[edit | edit source]
Cyprian Onyeji was born in Nigeria. He pursued his early education in his home country before moving abroad for higher studies. He earned his Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy from the University of Ife, now known as Obafemi Awolowo University, in Nigeria. He then went on to earn his Master's degree and Ph.D. in Pharmacy from the University of London.
Career[edit | edit source]
Onyeji began his career as a lecturer at the University of Nigeria, Nsukka (UNN), where he taught Pharmacy. He later moved to the Enugu State University of Science and Technology (ESUT) where he served as the Vice-Chancellor from 2005 to 2014. During his tenure, he made significant contributions to the development of the university and the advancement of science and technology education in Nigeria.

Onyeji has made significant contributions to the field of Pharmacy in Nigeria. He has published numerous research papers in international journals and has been a key player in the development of Pharmacy education in Nigeria. His research interests include Pharmacokinetics, Pharmacodynamics, and Clinical Pharmacy.

In recognition of his contributions to Pharmacy and education, Onyeji has received several awards and honors. These include the Nigerian Academy of Pharmacy Fellowship and the Nigerian Association of Pharmacists Merit Award.
