David Boies (born March 11, 1941) is a prominent American lawyer known for his involvement in numerous high-profile legal cases. He is the chairman of the law firm Boies Schiller Flexner LLP. Boies has been recognized for his work in antitrust law, constitutional law, and corporate litigation.
Early Life and Education[edit | edit source]
David Boies was born in Sycamore, Illinois, and grew up in a farming community. He attended Northwestern University for his undergraduate studies, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree. Boies then went on to receive a Juris Doctor from Yale Law School in 1966. He also holds a Master of Laws from New York University School of Law.
