Daynara de Paula
Daynara de Paula (born July 25, 1989) is a Brazilian swimmer who specializes in butterfly stroke. She has represented Brazil in various international competitions, including the Olympic Games, World Aquatics Championships, and the Pan American Games.

Daynara de Paula was born in Manaus, Amazonas, Brazil. She began swimming at a young age and quickly showed talent in the sport. Her early training took place in local swimming clubs, where she honed her skills in various swimming styles, eventually focusing on the butterfly stroke.
Career[edit | edit source]
Daynara de Paula made her international debut at the 2007 Pan American Games held in Rio de Janeiro. She competed in the 100m butterfly and the 4x100m medley relay, winning a bronze medal in the latter event.
Olympic Games[edit | edit source]
Daynara de Paula represented Brazil at the 2008 Summer Olympics in Beijing, where she competed in the 100m butterfly. She also participated in the 2012 Summer Olympics in London and the 2016 Summer Olympics in Rio de Janeiro.
World Aquatics Championships[edit | edit source]
De Paula has competed in multiple World Aquatics Championships, representing Brazil in the butterfly events. Her notable performances include reaching the finals in the 100m butterfly.
Pan American Games[edit | edit source]
In addition to her debut in 2007, Daynara de Paula has competed in subsequent Pan American Games, earning medals in various events. She won a silver medal in the 100m butterfly at the 2011 Pan American Games in Guadalajara.
