Fluprednidene acetate is a glucocorticoid used in the treatment of skin diseases. It is a derivative of prednisolone, and has anti-inflammatory, antipruritic, and vasoconstrictive properties.

The term "Fluprednidene acetate" is derived from the chemical structure of the compound.
